  • Anti-Inflammatory effects

  • Boost cell renewal & new cell growth

FAQ

PDRN skin treatments are a type of dermal injections, comprising biological molecules called Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN), that help to reverse signs of aging and scars through promoting skin repair.

  • PDRN molecules are able to stimulate the metabolic activity of cells in your skin to regenerate collagen. It can also stimulate wound recovery through boosting the rate of growth of fibroblasts, the cells mainly responsible for collagen production.

  • Before the procedure, our experienced providers will apply a topical numbing cream to the treatment area so that your treatment will be as comfortable as possible.

During the procedure, the PRDN treatment will be injected into your skin with a very tiny needle, to reduce downtime as much as possible.

  • While downtime depends on the individual’s skin type, it is generally minimal. You might experience some redness and tiny bumps on your skin immediately after your treatment, but this should subside in an hour or so.

  • While the skin rejuvenation process depends on your individual cellular turnover rate, most patients are able to see some improvement after the first few days of treatment.

The best results tend to be observed after 3-4 treatments, each of which should be spaced 3-4 weeks apart.

  • Skin boosters generally are made from hyaluronic acid, which is great for giving your skin a hydration boost. Having such a boost can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines too!

However, skin boosters do not have collagen-stimulating and wound-healing properties like PDRN injections do. As a result, they don’t provide the same anti-aging effects as PDRN injections.
