He received his medical degree from St. John’s Medical College and has been practicing for more than two decades. As a collaborative physician at Galore Medical, Dr. Vindhya supports our team with medical oversight and guidance, bringing a well-rounded approach to patient safety and care.

Shenida Desir is a board-certified ARNP with a strong background in acute care, specializing in Cardiovascular PCU for over six years. After earning her BSN and MSN, she transitioned into her passion for beauty and medical aesthetics. Now focused on performing and teaching non-surgical aesthetic procedures, Shenida brings both clinical expertise and artistic precision to her work. A Fort Lauderdale native, she has trained with top professionals across the medical aesthetics, spa, and wellness industries.

Vesly Fortune (Office Manager) has over 20 years of experience in education administration after obtaining his Health Sciences degree from Florida International University. He oversees daily operations and ensures the smooth functioning of a fast-paced medical practice. His role requires a dynamic blend of leadership, organization, and problem-solving to support both clinical staff and patients effectively. In addition to his management responsibilities, he is an adjunct professor at Miami Dade College’s Medical Campus. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Victoria is a licensed esthetician with over two years of experience, most of it right here at Galore Medical. Known for her outgoing personality and ability to make patients feel instantly comfortable, she specializes in corrective treatments like Morpheus8, microneedling, and laser therapies. Her passion? Tackling stubborn pigment and delivering real, long-lasting results. When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find her scrolling TikTok, hitting the gym, or out with friends

Bre is our passionate and skilled aesthetician. She specializes in corrective treatments and has a passion for pigmentation concerns. With an education in Chemistry and Product Development, Bre prioritizes informing her patients and never lets them leave the treatment room without having gained knowledge about their skin. Her favorite treatments are dermaplaning and the VI Peel. When Bre isn’t transforming patients’ skin, she spends time deadlifting, swimming, and going to concerts. Bre can’t wait to help you reach your skincare goals!

With a bachelors in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a passion for skincare, Kayla is a licensed esthetician dedicated to helping clients feel confident and glow from the inside out. Outside of Galore, Kayla enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and relaxing on the beach. 

Jocelyn is a licensed Medical Assistant with a true passion for wellness. At Galore Medical, she focuses on weight loss and holistic care, working closely with providers to deliver a seamless, elevated experience for every patient. She loves being part of a team that values patient care, innovation, and wellness—and is proud to contribute to a positive and supportive environment every day.

Samantha is a licensed EMT and recent UCF grad with a Bachelor’s in Health Science. She’s currently pursuing her path to becoming a physician assistant. With a background in aesthetics and IV therapy, she’s all about wellness, connection, and helping patients feel their best. At Galore, Samantha brings the vibes and the follow-through—always making sure you’re cared for every step of the way.

Ashley Gray is a pre-nursing student with a deep passion for both patient care and aesthetics. She proudly serves in the Army Reserves and dreams of blending clinical care with beauty to help others feel confident—inside and out. At Galore, Ashley brings heart, hustle, and a true love for the art of well-being.

Johanna is the Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Galore Medical, where she leads patient communication, social media strategy, and lead generation. With a background in Pre-Nursing from FAU and current enrollment in a nursing program, she blends clinical knowledge with a strong foundation in aesthetics and patient care. Known for being detail-oriented, approachable, and results-driven, Johanna is passionate about wellness, beauty, and building confidence—both online and in person.

Paula is a Digital Marketing Specialist finishing her Communications degree at FIU. With over five years of experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, and med spa marketing, she brings both strategy and creativity to the Galore brand. Passionate about content creation and visual storytelling, Paula’s goal is to make sure everyone feels the essence of Galore—right through the screen. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends, dancing, and creating vlogs.
