Shenida Desir is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) recognized for her mastery in medical aesthetics and commitment to refined, natural results. With over six years of experience in acute care specializing in Cardiovascular Progressive Care, she brings an exceptional foundation of medical precision, safety, and anatomical expertise to every treatment.

After earning her BSN and MSN, Shenida refined her aesthetic practice through advanced training with leading experts in aesthetics, wellness, and spa medicine. A Fort Lauderdale native, she is known for her expertise in non-surgical aesthetic procedures, with a signature focus on facial balancing, skin refinement, and elevated, bespoke care. Now devoted to both performing and teaching aesthetic medicine, she is distinguished by her meticulous technique, artistic eye, and dedication to timeless, sophisticated results.

Tiffany is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with over five years of hands-on injecting experience. She is fully trained in full facial balancing and help train other injectors her at Galore Medical. She is known for her meticulous approach and natural, harmonious results. Tiffany combines advanced aesthetic techniques with a deep understanding of facial anatomy to create personalized treatment plans that enhance each client’s unique features.

A graduate of the Florida Academy of Medical Aesthetics, Emily holds her Facial Specialist and Electrology licenses. She specializes in corrective treatments, acne care, and European-style facials with lymphatic drainage, always focused on achieving that long-term glow. Her vibe? Vesly Fortune (Administrator) has over 20 years of experience in education administration after obtaining his Health Sciences degree from Florida International University. He oversees budgeting and operations for Galore Medical and Galore Academy. His role requires a dynamic blend of leadership, organization, and problem-solving to support all financial improvements. Also, he is an adjunct professor at Miami Dade College’s Medical Campus because he enjoys sharing knowledge by empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals. Also, he enjoys assisting other business owners seeking guidance from Galore.

Dana is the Director of Operations and Practice Manager at Galore Medical, ensuring everything runs seamlessly, from patient experience to the details that make the practice stand out. With over 15 years of experience in retail, hospitality, and creative industries, she brings a blend of business expertise and creative vision to the world of aesthetics. A proud University of Miami graduate with a background in Business Administration and Marketing, Dana is passionate about helping the team deliver stunning results and an unforgettable Galore experience.

Ashley is a pre-nursing student with a deep passion for both patient care and aesthetics. She proudly serves in the Army Reserves and dreams of blending clinical care with beauty to help others feel confident—inside and out. With a background in fashion and real estate, Loretta brings a polished eye for detail and a genuine passion for creating an elevated patient experience. Crystal is the Patient Acquisition Specialist at Galore Medical, bringing over four years of social media marketing experience in the aesthetics industry and two years in consulting.
